Terms of Service

These terms govern the website design, hosting and management service provided by Website Marketplace (a service of Zeu Studio). By using our service you agree to them.

The service

We design and build your website at no upfront cost, then host, manage and update it for a subscription of £85 per month. The monthly fee includes hosting, your domain, security, software updates, unlimited content changes and UK-based support.

Term & cancellation

The service has a 12-month minimum term starting from the date your site goes live, after which it continues month to month. You may cancel at any time after the minimum term with 30 days’ notice.

Payment

The £85/month fee is payable monthly in advance from the date your site is published. We’ll agree the payment method with you before go-live.

Your responsibilities

• Provide the content (text, images, details) needed to build your site, and ensure you have the right to use it.
• Keep your contact and billing details up to date.
• Use the service lawfully.

Ownership

Your domain and the content you provide remain yours. The underlying templates, code and design system remain the property of Zeu Studio. If you leave, we’ll help you export your content.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
